OCCASION 9 - A new and fresh consumer strategy.

Changing Adidas marketing strategy and consumer view from a target group perspective to a new fresh occasion based strategy, focusing on the "when" instead of "who". The challenge was to introduce the new strategy to the employers at Adidas in an easy and fun way, and presenting insights from their main consumer - Gen Z's.

We envisioned a fun learning hub for the Adidas employees, where they could learn together, listen to the voices of the target group and collaborate in a creative way.



We created a platform that can grow with them and thats has the capability to spark new ideas, with the necessary tools. A guiding friend that makes change easier to accept and encourages new ideas and solutions.
